Present application has been filed for following relief :- "B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Circulatory Resolution dated 29.12.2025 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for extension of the earlier Security Contractors on the same rates till 30.06.2026." 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicant is pointing out various orders passed earlier by this Court and now, he says that the contract of providing security guards of the temple has expired and, therefore, the applicant intends to extend the period of present contractor from 01.01.2026 to 30.06.2026.

We have seen the earlier orders. We are also taking note of the fact that Public Interest Litigation No.15 of 2020 is pending in respect of deployment of CISF for the security of the temple. In the past it is observed that whatever the contracts would be given before the conclusion of the said PIL would be subject to the outcome of the said PIL, if the contract period is going beyond. Certainly, such decision in PIL No.15 of 2020 would be binding on the contractor, but as on today, the matter is still pending. The security has to be deployed at the temple and, therefore, we permit the Ad-hoc Committee to extend the period of the Security Contractors on the same rates till 30.06.2026. 5.
