By order dated 02.02.2026, this court disposed of the writ petition as the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed in view of the decision of the State. Liberty was also reserved to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the State and this court has not entered into the adjudication on merits of the matter. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the when the writ petition was filed, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- to show his bonafides and amount is deposited in this court.

In view of our order dated 02.02.2026 granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited in this court is permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner.
