This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited under the impugned judgment and award in this Court.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the applicants pointed out the order of Maha Lok Adalat dated 23.01.2016 passed by this Court in First Appeal No.533 of 2012. In view of the said decision, he prayed for withdrawal of the amount.

Upon perusal of the order of Maha Lok Adalat, application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:

32-ca-1900-2026 -2ORDER a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B'.

b.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon.

c.

Civil Application is disposed of.
