This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 1062 days caused in filing the cross objection in the appeal preferred by the State Government.

The application is vehemently opposed by the learned A.G.P. 4.

Considering that the application is by the applicants whose land is acquired by the State, this Court is inclined to allow the application subject to deposit of Rs. 1500/- with the Library of the

ORDER

(I) The Civil Application is allowed.

(II) The delay caused in filing the cross objection stands condoned. Office to register the cross objection subject to deposit of Rs. 1500/- with the Library of the learned Government Pleader of this Court within 15 days from today.

(III). It is made clear that the applicants shall not be entitled to receive any interest for a period till registration of the cross objection.

(IV) With this, the civil application stands disposed of. (V).
