By this application, the applicants seek extension of time granted by this Court's order dated 12.01.2026 passed in Writ Petition No. 14230 of 2021 along with Writ Petition No. 4724 of 2022 to respondent No. 3 therein.

Learned A.G.P. for the applicants submits that, in view of the allegations involving the Zilla Parishad and the Collector, Latur, the Collector is not in a position to decide the proceedings as directed by this Court.

Learned A.G.P. for the applicants, State authorities and learned Counsel for the respondents consented to the said request. 4.

In view thereof, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and is disposed of accordingly.
