DATED : 15th APRIL, 2026 PER COURT :- CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1991 OF 2026 The learned counsel for applicants pointed out that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are not served by regular mode. He, therefore, prayed for service of notice through paper publication / citation.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of. The applicants are permitted to serve unserved respondent Nos. 2 and 3 by way of paper publication, to be published in newspaper "Nava Telangana, Hyderabad" in Telangana State. The applicants to take necessary steps within two weeks from today.
