By the present application, the applicant seeks permission to serve the non applicant by way of paper publication, by publishing a notice in the daily newspaper "Sakal", Pune edition. 2.

Therefore, for the reasons set out in the application, the applicant is permitted to serve the non applicant by substituted service by publishing the notice in the daily newspaper "Sakal", Pune edition, made returnable on 24.03.2026. The applicant shall bear the requisite publication charges and shall produce copy of the newspaper on record. 3.
