This application is filed seeking direction to the Education Officer to pay salary of the applicants and stay to the communication issued by respondent No. 4 - Education Officer (Secondary), dated 01.01.2026, by which the salary grants of the school namely Pratibha Niketan High School, Latur, are stopped and the Headmaster is directed not to submit the salary bills of the applicants and employees of the said school. 2.
Admittedly, the recognition of the said school is withdrawn by the Government and the students taking education therein were directed to be transferred to some other school. The said order is stayed by this Court in The President, Vidya Vikas Education Society Latur And Others ksk/ 1/2
965 CA Allowed, Direction 4W Vs. The State of Maharashtra And Others; Civil Application No. 9908 of 2025 in Writ Petition No. 2971 of 2025. Therefore, the students are taking education in the said school.

Upon hearing learned advocate for the applicants and going through the affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondent No. 4, we are of the view that as the applicants are rendering their services, till the students are taking education in Pratibha Niketan High School, Latur, the applicants' salary should not be withheld.

In the result, the Civil Application is allowed by directing respondent No. 4 to release the regular salary of the applicantspetitioners, including arrears, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
