This is an application filed for condonation of delay, for setting aside the abatement and permission to bring the legal representatives of the appellant on record. On perusal of the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay caused is not intentional or deliberate. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed and it is accordingly allowed. Delay condoned. Abatement is set aside.
