By this petition, the applicants seek following reliefs : "B) The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the applicant to withdraw an amount of Rs. 4,61,48,245/- deposited in this Hon'ble Court with accrued interest in the interest of justice."

The amount sought to be withdrawn by the applicants was deposited by the respondents in arbitration appeal by which the respondents challenged the award dated 02.02.2019 passed by learned sole arbitrator.

On 29.01.2026, this Court dismissed the appeal filed by the respondents and confirmed the award. The respondents then approached the Apex Court by filing SLP, which is dismissed by the Apex Court on 10.04.2026.

In view of the above, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
