Mr. Vikram R. Dhorde, learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner submits that he has moved the application for restoration of the writ petition with a prayer for condonation of delay of 681 days in filing of the restoration application. He submits that large number of matters were listed together and, inadvertently, the common conditional order passed on 06.02.2024 was not noticed. He also submits that the conditional order passed related to Item Nos.16 to 212, where notices were issued and directions were given to remove office

2 ca2097.2026 objections within stipulated period. However, it is stated that the conditional order is interpreted for all the matters and resulted in dismissal of the petition.

Considering the above submissions, without going into the interpretation of the Registry of the conditional order, he submits that, if there are any objections for his matter, he would remove the same.

Considering the above, delay is condoned. The order dated 06.02.2024, passed by this court, to the extent of the present petition, stands re-called. The Writ Petition is restored to it's original position.

Civil Application No.2097 of 2026 stands allowed. 6.

Interim relief, if any, to continue till the next date. 7.

Stand over to 26.03.2026.
