The applicants have filed legal heirship certificate being the legal heirs of deceased Sopan Mahadu @ Mahadev Nikam i.e. Nilesh Sopan Nikam, Mangesh Sopan Nikam, Santosh Sopan Nikam and Sunita Babasaheb Kolhe.

In view of the same, the applicants being the legal heirs of the deceased Sopan Mahadu @ Mahadev Nikam is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- deposited in this court along with the accrued interest thereon in Writ Petition No.1704 of 2009. In terms of the list given non-applicant no.1 Institute, Shri Sopan Mahadu @ Mahadev Nikam is at Serial No.89. The civil application is allowed.
CIVIL APPLICATION NO.2111 OF 2026 4.
The application is moved by the legal heirs of deceased Sakharam Muktaji (Mukta) Gondakar i.e. Bhanudas Punja Kote, Jagannath Punja Kote and Shobha Babasaheb Charmal. 5.
The learned counsel has produced the legal heirship certificate (Exhibit - A3), wherein the legal heirship certificate is issued in the name of Bhanudas Punja Kote, Jagannath Punja Kote
3 65 and Shobha Babasaheb Charmal as the legal heirs of deceased Sakharam Muktaji (Mukta) Gondakar.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- deposited in this court along with accrued interest thereon in Writ Petition No.1704 of 2009. In terms of the list given by non-applicant no.1 Institute, Shri Sakharam Muktaji (Mukta) Gondakar is at Serial No.101. The civil application is allowed.
CIVIL APPLICATION NO.2110 OF 2026 7.
The application is moved by the legal heirs of deceased Kisan @ Kisanrao Shankarrao (Shankar) Chandore i.e. Rukhmini Kisanrao Chandore, Dwarkabai Bhausaheb Khairnar, Anjali Rajendra Shinde, Archana Raosaheb Vargude, Arun Kisan Chandore and Bharat Kisanrao Chandore.

The learned counsel has produced the legal heirship certificate (Exhibit - A3), wherein the legal heirship certificate is issued in the name of Rukhmini Kisanrao Chandore, Dwarkabai Bhausaheb Khairnar, Anjali Rajendra Shinde, Archana Raosaheb Vargude, Arun Kisan Chandore and Bharat Kisanrao Chandore as the legal heirs of deceased Kisan @ Kisanrao Shankarrao (Shankar) Chandore.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- deposited in this court along with accrued interest thereon in Writ Petition No.1704 of 2009. In terms of the list given by non-applicant no.1 Institute, Kisan @ Kisanrao Shankarrao (Shankar) Chandore is at Serial No.52. The civil application is allowed.
