This is an application for bringing LRS of deceased/applicant no. 1 - Venkat on record with a prayer to condone the delay to that effect. The delay is of 2395 days. 2.

It is the case of the learned counsel for the applicant that the appeal would not abate, since the other applicants were prosecuting the remedies and since the applicants are poor, uneducated and farmers from the remote rural area of the Mawalgaon, Taluka Ahmadpur, District Latur, they had no knowledge. Therefore, delay is caused. 3.

The application is not seriously opposed by the acquiring body.

Considering the reasons advanced, Civil Application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
