By this application, the applicant seeks amendment in the writ petition by inserting paragraph nos.13A to 13C, prayer clause (B-1) and adding respondent no.4.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.1, Mr. Nagode strongly opposes the application.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.

Place the writ petition for admission after three weeks. 6.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that respondent no.1 is reported to be dead. The petitioner shall take appropriate steps before the next date.
