Applicants seek to correct middle name of legal heirs of the original claimant. It is contended that first name of original claimant was recorded to be Ramhari, which is Rambhau. In the Reference Court also name of original claimant is Ramhari. It is submitted that Aadhar card discloses the name Rambhau. 2.

In this backdrop, permission cannot be granted to the applicants to correct the name. Office shall sent relevant papers to the Reference Court. Reference Court shall consider the

2 40 ca 2191.26 material and deal with the correction of the name of original claimant Ramhari Bhimrao Kadam. Thereafter after completion of exercise, papers shall be sent back to High Court. The exercise shall be completed within a period of forty (40) days from today. 3.

Applicants pray to delete the applicant No. 1A - Kausalya Ramhari Kadam as she is no more. Her legal heirs are already on record. It would not be appropriate to permit the parties to delete a particular person. But applicant Nos. 1B and 1C shall be treated to be her legal heirs. The title cause be amended accordingly. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
