This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the respondent on record for which the delay of 1363 days is caused.

Perused the application and heard learned A.G.P. for the applicant. From the contents of the application, it appears that the delay is not caused deliberately. Therefore, the delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice to decide the lis finally on merits. The application therefore, is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". Abatement is set aside. The applicant is directed to carry out the amendment by bringing the legal representatives on record forthwith.
