By the present application, the Applicant seeks amendment of the petition.

Mr. R. J. Godbole, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 strongly opposes the application for amendment. He submits that by Tauseef

2 of 2 103-WP.10282.2023 way of the proposed amendment, the Petitioner seeks to incorporate subsequent events, particularly relating to superannuation. He further submits that the proceedings arise out of the order passed by the School Tribunal and, therefore, the Petitioner ought not to be permitted to amend the petition by incorporating the fact of superannuation. 3.

After hearing the learned Advocates for the respective parties and considering that the petition is still pending at the stage of admission, I am inclined to allow the application. 4.

Considering the averments made in the application, the application is allowed.

5.

Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
