The first appeal No.1119/2018 preferred by the acquiring body was dismissed on 09-01-2026 by this court. 2.

Now the claimants/applicants have filed this application on the ground that the Registry is not permitting them to withdraw the amount.

Be that as it may, since this court has already dismissed the appeal, the claimants are entitled for withdrawal of the amount. 4.

In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
