CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNTS: 1) The applicants seek to withdraw different amount of compensation with accrued interest deposited by the Acquiring Body. 2.
My attention is adverted to common order dated 16.01.2025 passed by the coordinate bench in permitting the disbursement of 75% of the amount on certain conditions. There is no dispute that similar course can be adopted in the present appeals also.

The Civil Applications are allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive 50% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR DELAY CONDONATION FILED BY ACQUIRING BODY:

The applicants-Acquiring Body seek to condone delay of 651 days, 1212 and 1251 for preferring the appeals.

The averments of the applications have not been controverted by the 3/4
other side. The delay is not intentional. There are no mala fides on the part of the applicants in preferring the appeal belatedly. 7.
The delay stands condoned.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
FIRST APPEALS (STAMP) :

After hearing the parties for some time, it is made clear that all appeals shall be decided finally at the admission stage instead of admitting. The office shall accept the cheques if those are ready to be deposited. It would be open for the parties to take steps against deceased party. The parties would be at liberty to take steps for clubbing of the matters considering the prevalent assignment. It would be open for the parties to carry out the amendment.
