The applicants have expressed practical difficulty in receiving the amount which is directed to be disbursed vide order dated 07.01.2026. It is prayed that the amount, which is to be disbursed be transmitted to the jurisdictional Reference Court. I find no reason to discard the request. Already disbursement is granted by this Court vide order dated 07.01.2026. 2.

The amount, which is to be disbursed with accrued interest shall be transmitted to the jurisdictional Reference Court i.e. Civil Judge Senior Division Chalisgaon and the disbursement shall be effected as per order dated 07.01.2026.
