The civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 111 days caused in filing the application for recalling the order passed by this court on 23.09.2025. Perused the application. Heard learned advocates for both sides. Considering the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay caused is not deliberate or intentional. The application therefore, is allowed. Delay condoned. The order dated 23.09.2025 is set aside on the condition that the applicant to serve the unserved respondent by paper publication within ten weeks from today.

The applicant to file application for effecting service on unserved respondent, by way of paper publication, within two weeks from today, failing which, this order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
