This is an application for condonation of delay of 269 days caused in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record, by setting aside the abatement order passed by this Court on 23.04.2025.

Perused the application and heard learned advocate for the applicant. For the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay is not caused deliberately. The application, therefore, deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice and it is accordingly allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of abatement is set aside and the applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out within the aforesaid period, the applicants to deposit costs of Rs.2,000/- in the office of High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad and to carry out the amendment within two weeks thereafter.
