In so far as the civil application No.2461 of 2026 is concerned, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application by adding the original respondent No.1 Shaikh Wasim Shaikh Rahim. Leave granted. Addition be carried out within a week from today. After addition, issue notice to the respondents, returnable four weeks thereafter.

In so far as the civil application No.2462 of 2026 is concerned, the same is filed for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Perused the application. Heard learned advocate for the applicant. He pointed out the impugned judgment and award submitted that the applicant/

ca2461.26 -2appellant is not liable to pay the compensation. Considering the reasons stated in the application and the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be proper to allow this application on certain conditions.

In view of the above, the civil application No. 2462 of 2026 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and disposed of, on condition that the applicant to deposit 25% of the entire compensation amount i.e. 50% amount to the extent of share of the applicant, in this court, within four weeks from today, failing which the application shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
