The applicant seeks to withdraw 4,77,727/- deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body.

My attention is adverted to the order dated 16.01.2026 in Civil Application No. 404/2026 and connected matters, by which this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw 75% reserving 25% of the the deposited amount.

The Civil Application is allowed partly permitting the applicant to receive 75% of the deposited amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. 4.

Remaining 25% of the amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the amount. ( SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) mkd/- 1/1
