Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the applications.

Application for condonation of delay:

This is an application for condonation of delay of 163 days caused in filing the first appeal.

Mr. Mohit S. Shah, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.1. He seeks time. Stand over to 2nd April, 2026.

This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to deposit the entire amount as per the impugned judgment and award alongwith interest with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule, within twelve weeks from today. Subject to depositing the said amount with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule, within twelve weeks from today, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and order. Subject to depositing the said amount, the civil application for stay stands disposed of. It is clarified that if the said amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, the stay granted by this Court shall be deemed to be vacated without further reference to the Court. [ SANJAY A.
