By the present petition, the Petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 27.11.2019 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad in Appeal Nos.319/2016, 335/2016 and 354/2016 and the order dated 31.08.2016, passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad in Inquiry No.507/2010. 3.

Without going into the merits of the matter, it is brought to the notice of this Court that no elections have been held of Aurangabad District Cricket Association, Aurangabad since 2008. In view thereof, it is necessary to direct the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad to hold the elections of Aurangabad District Cricket Association, Aurangabad before the end of June 2026.

Mr. Shah, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that initially there was an objection regarding the membership of Respondent Nos.5 to 15 in Inquiry No.507 of 2010. He further submits that though such objection was raised earlier, at present no objection survives in that regard.

All the learned Advocates, on instructions, submit that they

3 of 3 54-WP.2515.2020 shall not raise any dispute with regard to the membership of those members who had cast their votes in the elections held in the year 2008. In view of the statements made, on instructions, by all the learned Advocates, the orders passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner and the Assistant Charity Commissioner stand modified to the extent that there shall be no any objection to the membership of those, who casted their votes in the election held in the year 2008. 6.

In view of the aforesaid statements made on behalf of the parties, the present petitions are disposed of. 7.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application does not survive and it is also disposed of.
