This is an Application for condonation of delay of 2509 days in preferring the Application for restoration of Appeal (Stamp) No.22342/2018, which was dismissed for want of removal of office objection.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B' and 'C', subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- by the Applicants, to be paid to the Bar Association of the learned Reference Court within a period of four

(04) weeks. A copy of the receipt of payment of costs shall be produced before the concerned office of this Court. 4.
