The Applicant seeks permission to bring the legal heirs of the Petitioner - Shri Gajanan Mahadeorao Talhar, i.e., Applicant Nos.1-A to 1-D, on record.

Considering the averments made in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed. 3.
The Petitioner is directed to carry out the necessary amendment within a period of one week from today. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2585 OF 2026:- 4.
By this application, the Applicant seeks permission to serve the unserved Respondent No.2 by way of paper publication. 5.
Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petitioner does not have the address of Respondent No.2 and, therefore, despite efforts made since several years, Respondent No.2 could not be served.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
