This is an application for bringing legal heirs of original claimant on record.

Original claimant by name Mahadev had died on 19.11.2019. It is the case of claimant that the acquiring body did not take any steps for bringing the known legal heirs of the deceased applicant and, therefore, application is preferred at the instance of the claimant / original respondent in the First Appeal and consequently, delay of 1120 days is caused.

Considering the fact that the claimant was pursuing his remedy regarding steps not taken by the acquiring body, and fact that the

2 914.odt application is not opposed, I am inclined to allow the present application. 4.

Accordingly, the present Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C'.

5.

Necessary amendment be carried out by the acquiring body within a period of four weeks from today.
