This is an application for condonation of 170 days delay caused in filing the present Civil Application for restoration of Civil Application (ST)No.19106 of 2025 in Cross-Objection (ST) No.19105 of 2025 to its original stage.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the delay caused in filing the present application is not deliberate and prays that Civil Application (ST)No.19106 of 2025 in Cross-
(( 2 )) 922 CA NO. 2673 OF 2026 Objection (ST) No.19105 of 2025 be restored to its original stage. 4.
Learned AGP for the respondents / State and learned Advocate for respondent No.2 strongly opposed the application. They submitted that no sufficient reasons are given in the application to condone the delay and lastly prays to reject the application. 5.
Perused the application. Considering the reasons stated therein, it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order:
::ORDER::
a.
The application is allowed.
b.
The delay of 170 days caused in filing the Civil Application for restoration of Civil Application (ST)No.19106 of 2025 in Cross-Objection (ST) No.19105 of 2025 to its original stage is condoned. c.
Civil Application (ST)No.19106 of 2025 in Cross-Objection (ST) No.19105 of 2025 is restored to its original position subject to removal of office objections within a period of two weeks.
d.
The Civil Application is disposed of.
