This is an application at the instance of the acquiring body for grant of permission to deposit amount of Rs. 10,91,000/-. 2.

Learned counsel for the acquiring body also submits that initially vide order dated 27.02.2019, time of eight weeks was granted to deposit the amount and vide order dated 08.02.2021, a conditional order was passed to deposit the amount within three weeks, failing which the matter was ordered to be dismissed without reference to the Court. 3.

Mr. Badakh, learned counsel for the acquiring body states that it is due to want of fund, the amount could not be deposited and now the acquiring body is ready to deposit the amount. He, therefore, requests that he be permitted to deposit the amount and the matter be restored to its original stage.

Considering the reasons advanced, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses B, C and D. 5.

The amount be deposited with Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today.
