This application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Jagannath Mangu Mahajan who died on 01.09.2024. Some of

( 2 ) 49-FA-2388-2021 the legal heirs of predeceased Jagannath Mahajan also died. Present applicants are the heirs of Jagannath. The present applicants have therefore approached this court for setting aside the abatement order and for bringing them on record. There is delay of 460 days caused in filing the application.

For the reason stated in the application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the appeal and applications within two weeks from today. 4.
