In view of above, appearance of Mr.Mahesh Deshmukh, learned counsel, is discharged.

Mr.Mohit.R.Deshmukh, learned counsel submits that he has taken over the matter and he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of United India Insurance Co.Ltd. Therefore, henceforth Office to note his name instead of name of Mr.Mahesh Deshmukh and carryout necessary changes in the record. 4.

Learned counsel for applicant undertakes to take necessary steps within a period of one week.
