Heard Mr. Sapkal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pawar, respondent No.3, appearing in person. 2.
The present proceeding arises out of the interim order dated 03rd October 2023, passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik in Appeal No.1 of 2023.

This Court, by order dated 06th December 2023, recorded the statement made on behalf of respondent No.3 that he would not Shrikant Malani
102.WP.14836.2023.doc press for execution of the impugned order. The said statement has been continued from time to time till this date. 4.
In these circumstances, and without entering into the merits of the matter, the party-in-person has also agreed that the mater before the School Tribunal may be directed to be decided within a stipulated period.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the School Tribunal, Nashik to decide the Appeal No.1 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The School Tribunal shall decide the appeal on its own merits and in accordance with law, without being influenced by its earlier order.
