Learned counsel for the applicant - original claimant submits that, the First Appeal filed by the Insurance Company has already been dismissed, and the Insurance Company deposited the remaining amount of compensation subsequently, and therefore, instant Civil Application is required to be filed later on. 2.

In view of above submission, and as the First appeal itself is dismissed, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
