This is an Application by the legal heirs / representatives of the Deceased / Claimant - Arun Hanumantrao Patil, seeking to bring them on record in the First Appeal filed by the Acquiring Body.

The Applicants claim to be the widow, sons and daughter of the Deceased - Claimant. A copy of Death Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, Solapur, showing the name of the Deceased and the date of death as 27.07.2024, is enclosed with the Application. A certificate issued by the concerned Gram Panchayat showing the Applicants as the legal heirs of the Deceased - Arun Hanumantrao Patil, is also enclosed with the Application.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, before the Appeal is taken up for final hearing, the Applicants would place on record a copy of legal heirship issued by the Competent Court.

In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'. The necessary amendment be carried out by the Appellants in the Appeal Memo.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
