The present application is filed by the appellant, seeking restoration fo the Second Appeal which came to be rejected vide conditional order dated 5.3.2025 for non removal of office objections., 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently the applicant did not mark the conditional order passed by this Court and hence, the objections could not be removed. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed subject to cost of Rs. 2,000/- to be deposited by the applicant with the High Court Bar Library, within a period of one week. Upon deposit of cost as aforesaid, the second appeal shall be restored to file subject to removal of office objections, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
