By the present application, the applicants, who are the respondents in First Appeal and original claimants in M.A.C.P. No.487 of 2004, seeks leave to withdraw the entire remaining amount of compensation deposited by the non-applicant No.1 Insurance Company on the ground that on 22.01.2026, the nonapplicant No.1 Insurance Company appellant in the First Appeal withdrawn the appeal. Since the non-applicant No.1 / appellant Insurance Company withdrew the First Appeal No.1289 of 2010, therefore, it will be just and proper to permit the present applicants / respondents in the first appeal and the claimants in

(( 2 )) 915-CA-2916-2026 M.A.C.P. No.487 of 2004, to withdraw the remaining entire amount of the compensation.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed. No order as to costs.
