Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioners. He submits that though the petition was filed for challenging the show cause notice dated 10.10.2025, there are subsequent events. The show cause notice was replied but the Government has taken a decision to discontinue the tenure of the Petitioners by letter dated 23.02.2026, which the Petitioners intend to challenge. Further, Petitioners want to challenge letter dated 09.02.2026 and therefore, upon instructions, learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh petition in view of the subsequent events.

In view of the said submissions, petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Civil Application no. 2919/2026 also stands disposed of.
