This application is filed for condonation of delay for restoration of the Second Appeal (Stamp), which was dismissed in view of the conditional order passed by the Registrar dated 26.11.2025.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he could not list the appeal before the learned Registrar (Judicial) for removal of the office objections, hence by conditional order dated 26.11.2025, the directions were issued to remove office objections within a period of two weeks, Hence, the applicant submits that the

ca2939.26 call papers office objections could not be removed due to inadvertence, the delay may be condoned and the Second Appeal (Stamp) may be restored to its original stage.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 72 days caused in filing of the application for restoration of the Second Appeal (Stamp) stands condoned, subject to cost of Rs. 1,500/- (Rs. One Thousand and Five Hundred Only).

The Cost to be deposited with the High Court Advocate's Bar Library, Aurangabad. Upon depositing of the cost, the appeal shall be restored to its original stage.

6.

The office objections shall be removed within two weeks from today.
