Present application is filed by the legal heirs of original claimant/respondent in the appeal for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased namely Ramrao Natu Patil who died on 13.03.2025. The present applicants are the only legal heirs of the deceased claimant as per the averment in the application. While filing this application, there is delay of 266 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title by the appellant within two weeks from today.
