This application is filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Bhushan Dattatraya Chinchore original claimant/ respondent in the appeal. The deceased died on 20.05.2022. The present applicant Nos. 1 to 4 are the only legal heirs as per the averment in the application. There is delay of 1294 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title by the appellant within two weeks from today.
