This application is filed seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- deposited by respondent No. 5 to7 with accrued interest.

Learned advocate for respondents No. 5 to 7 has strenuously opposed the application stating the respondents have not signed the compromise before the Lokadalat and inspite of that award is passed. 3.

Be that as it may, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
