This is an application for granting permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the respondent strongly opposed the application and prayed to reject the same.

It is pointed out that this Court passed an order in Civil Application No.1119 of 2025 and allowed the claimant to withdraw their share of the amount.

Considering the earlier order, the applicant is also permitted to withdraw the amount lying in his share. Hence, the following order:

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Applicant no.3 is permitted to withdraw the amount fallen in his share alongwith interest accrued thereon upon furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. c.

Civil Application is disposed of.

FIRST APPEAL NO.20 OF 2023 .

It is submitted that there is possibility of amicable settlement in this appeal.
