Applicants are seeking very marginal modification in order dated 27.01.2026 as well as revision application. She is survived by her son Hemant Tukaram Kate. Her death is remained to be informed but her son Hemant was already on record as heir of her deceased husband.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed permitting the applicants to carry out necessary amendment in the civil revision application memo and the title clause of the order dated 27.01.2026 shall be amended showing the name of applicant No.1 as "Suman Tukaram Kate (Koshti) (Deceased) through legal heir Hemant Tukaram Kate".
