After issuing Government Resolution dated 31.05.2023, proposal of the petitioner for second benefit of Assured Carrier Progression Scheme is already submitted by the University to the Joint Director of Higher Education on 02.12.2025.

The purpose of filing the petition is therefore served. Writ petition is therefore disposed of by directing respondent No. 4 to take decision on the proposal of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

Pending civil application is disposed of.
