This application is filed for withdrawal of amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/- deposited by the respondent - acquiring body as per order dated 08.06.2022.

Taking into consideration the fact that the acquisition is of the year 2021 and the authorities have initiated the process of further acquisition and in view of no objection of the respondent, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The amount be disbursed to the applicant along with accrued interest.
