Present Civil Application has been filed for recall of order dated 09.02.2026 which was a conditional order. The Petitioners/Applicants were directed to supply spare copy within stipulated period and it was also stated that in case of failure on the part of the Applicants to supply copy within stipulated period, the Petition would stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court.

Heard learned Advocate for the Applicants. It has been submitted that the Advocate for the Applicants was not keeping well

- 2 - ca3089.26.odt because of leg injury and the order passed on 09.02.2026 could not be noticed till 26.02.2026.

An undertaking has been given that the copy would be supplied now and therefore, we recall the order dated 09.02.2026 and restore the petition with a condition that the copies of the petition for serving Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 be given within a period of two weeks from today. Upon the said spare given, issue notice to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, to be made returnable four weeks thereafter. In view of these observations, Civil Application stands disposed of.
