Applicants seek to condone delay of 106 days caused in filing application for setting aside order dated 06.11.2025 passed by the Registrar and for restoration of the civil revision application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The delay stands condoned. The order dated 06.11.2025 is quashed and set aside and the civil revision application is restored to its original position. The learned counsel for the applicants shall remove office objections. The civil application is disposed of.
