Applicant seeks to withdraw an amount of Rs. 3,09,040/- deposited by the respondent No. 3 - acquiring body. 2.

The compensation is towrds the house property. In similarly situated matters this Court permitted the claimants to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest. I propose to adopt the same course.

The civil application is allowed partly permitting the applicant to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued
